We are proud to introduce our staff:

Debbie Woodall:  Debbie is our senior litigation paralegal.  She has been with the firm for more than 8 years.  Prior to coming here she was a litigation paralegal with another local firm for more than 18 years. Debbie plays a major role in preparing our cases for trial.    Debbie also manages our related company, First Intermediary Corporation,  which handles 1031 exchanges.

Kristie Judge:  Kristie has been Mr. Tupitza's assistant for more than 8 years and has been with the firm for over 13 years.  She is our real estate transactions paralegal.

Jane Shepsky:   Jane has just returned to us handling the back room of our title insurance operations

Linda Harms:  Linda joined the firm 14 years ago.  She is responsible for our title insurance agency policy production.

Bobbie Kinsella:   Bobbie is the friendly voice that usually answers the phone.  She is our document manager and plays a major role in keeping us on the path to a paperless office.

Viola Whitfield:   Viola has been with us since 1976.  She maintains our physical plant.
