December 2011  Mr. Tupitza was again invited to speak at the annual Real Estate Institute at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.  This program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute draws large crowds.  Mr. Tupitza spoke on disputes between adjoining property owners. In addition he presented a fun program entitled "7 in 7," which outlined 7 hot tech tips to save you time and money.

Summer 2011   Mr. Tupitza presented the popular course Boundary Law in Pennsylvania.  With major changes in this area by the Supreme Court, the course was a sell out.

February 10, 2011  Mr. Tupitza spoke in Pittsburgh for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on the subject of Litigating the Failure to Disclose Case.  Special emphasis was given to the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.

May 2011,  Mr. Tupitza addressed the Real Property and Probate Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association at its annual meeting.  He spoke on the topic of Deeds

March 3, 2011 Mr. Tupitza will speak at the joint committee of the Chester County Bar Association and the Suburban West Association of Realtors® on the topic of Protecting a Buyer purchasing property from a Relocation Company or a Forclosing Lender.

January 2012  Mr. Tupitza will speak on the Ethical Use of Influence at Conestoga College.
