Spring 2009  Mr. Tupitza was the course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's popular course entitle "Who's On First, Lien Priority in Pennsylvania."  The course was presented in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg and other locations.  This course dealt with liens against real estate, Sheriff's Sales, and Lien Divestiture.

June 4, 2009  Mr. Tupitza  spoke on "Ethical Uses of Influence"  to the joint committee of the Chester County Bar Association and the Suburban West Association of Realtors.

July 2009  Mr. Tupitza spoke to an accountants trade organization in Media, PA on the uses of Cost Segregationto increase Cash Flow.

November 2009  Mr. Tupitza spoke to the Suburban West Association of Realtors® on "Ethically Using Influence"
October 2009  Mr. Tupitza  presented a program in New York City for a large multi-state CPA and Business Consulting firm on "Depreciation Strategies - Cost Segregation to Enhance Cash Flow.

December 2009  Mr. Tupitza  presented two programs at the annual Real Estate Institute in Philadelphia.  One was entitled "Using Cost Segregation to Reduce Current Taxes."  The other topic relates to the new federal Making Home Affordable Program and  addressed, loan modifications, loan refinances under the new program, short sales, forbearance agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. 

March 2010  Mr. Tupitza is the course planner and speaker for a new PA Bar Institute course on advanced lien divestiture and sheriff sale issues entitled "Whats on Second- Advanced Lien Priority in Pennsylvania."
January 15,16,17 2010  Mr. Tupitza was invited to join the faculty for the prestiguous Gulf Coast Update in Marco Island, Florida.  This three day multi-state event is always a popular get away when the snow is falling.  Mr. Tupitza  spoke on Advanced Federal Tax Issues for Commercial Real Estate Owners,  and he presented a program for Ethics credit on Ethically Using the Scientific Basis of Influence.
