James S. Tupitza Jim has been a real estate lawyer since 1976. He has chaired the Real Estate Section of the Chester County Bar Association almost continuously since 1978. He is a frequent speaker and Course Planner for both the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, as well as educational programs for various Title Insurance Underwriters. His courses include: “Boundary Law in Pennsylvania,” “Who’s On First: Lien Priority in Pennsylvania, “Title Insurance from Commitment to Claim,” “Residential Real Estate Documents,” “Like Kind Exchanges under IRC 1031,” the annual “Pennsylvania Real Estate Institutes,” “A Day on Real Estate,” “Litigating the Failure to Disclose Case”, “Scams and Fraud in Real Estate Transactions” “Ethics for Title Insurance Agents” "Taxation which Impacts Real Estate Investments,"and more. He has authored several definitive books on real estate, including chapters on: Deeds, Easements, Land-Locked Property, Federal Tax Liens, State and Municipal Tax Liens, Judgments, Liens for Overdue Support Obligations, Mechanics Liens, Riparian (water) Rights, Ethics, the Drafting of Legal Descriptions, and well as The Use of Technology in a Title Insurance Agency. He is a motivational speaker offering a program entitled "How to Ethically use the Scientific Principles of Influence." This program is offered in 1, 2, 4 and 6 hour programs. Jim is also the Chairman of the Newlin Township Zoning Hearing Board.

Jennifer Hulnick Janis Jennifer regularily handles hearings and Motions in Court matters for our clients. Her writing talents are used as part of our trial preparation team. Jennifer is a third generation real estate expert. Jennifer recently participated in a landmark victory for agricultural preservation in Lancaster County. She has handled cases involving the theft of of real estate by forged deed, disputes between users of easements, and real estate agent malpractice. Jennifer regurarily handles landlord-tenant and quiet title matters. She handles our homeowners association and condominium collections.
